No, we do not offer shuttle service. However, there is the I-Drive shuttle/trolley that picks up at the convention center and most of the hotels in the area. The cost varies depending upon your location. A one-day trolley pass costs $6 per person.
The convention center parking is $10 per day with one entry per charge for exhibitors; $20 for everyone else. For oversized vehicles, the parking rate is $25. The convention center absolutely does not allow overnight parking.
The show badge allows entrance into the show on all three days of the show. You may attend all events on the Pro Pavilion and stage, the FNGLA Certification Showcase, Tapped In, and the Opening Day Reception with your show badge.

FNGLA's Certification Showcase will be open during show hours each day. Located in booth 1149 this special area will feature FNGLA's certifications, Florida Water Star, FNGLA's Apprenticeship Program and a Plant ID Activity. Staff will be available to provide details about the exams and share the benefits of becoming and hiring FNGLA certified professionals.

A full service Fed Ex Office is located in lobby C in the center of the building.
Yes, there is a separate fee for the TLS Knowledge College classes. Tickets are purchased individually. Prices are listed on the onsite registration form.
A show badge is not included with these tickets.

FNGLA Certified Professionals looking for CEUs for attending the show should go to the FNGLA Certification Showcase to sign up for their CEUs. Attendee show badges must be scanned to gain credit for their CEUs. Attendees receive 2 FNGLA CEUs for the trade show and 3 or 4 for each Knowledge College Workshop attended, depending on the class.
Some industry CEUs are available for attending certain TLS Knowledge College workshops. There will be a sign-in sheet in the back of the room for each class when applicable.
You can pick up a poster at this year’s tradeshow at the FNGLA Booth #1153. All exhibitors will be delivered a poster to their booth by a Trade Show Committee Member.
The career fair will be held on Friday, August 25. Registration will begin at 9 am and the career fair will be held 10 – 11 am in Room W230CD. Preregistration is required.
Standard wheel chairs are available at the Convention Center desk. Electric wheelchairs and scooters are available through ScootAround. If not preordered, there may be a few to rent at Fed Ex Office. To rent scooters through ScootAround, call 1-888-441-7575.
In general, the plants are not for sale, they are for display only. However, some exhibitors sell the items in their booths which buyers can take ONLY at the end of the show (2 p.m.) Friday. You must have a receipt for these items.
The opening day reception will be held at the Orange County Convention Center in the Sunburst room. The reception is from 5 – 6 p.m. and each person registered for the tradeshow may attend. A drink ticket will be presented to each person at the door.
All students who pre-registered for the event must pick up their badges at Registration, just like any other attendee. Any student who did not pre-register for the career fair or as a group at the $5 rate will be charged the regular show badge rate of $30 onsite.
The Cool Products Awards are selected Thursday morning. Awards will be given out from 1-2 p.m. Thursday, August 24 at the FNGLA Pro Pavilion, Booth #423.
The Landscape Show offers a networking event for young professionals 40 and under. (Individuals over 40 are welcome if they wish.) Tapped In will help you Tap In to new connections and share ideas with other Gen X and Y people in the industry who share similar challenges and advantages. This is a great opportunity to get better connected within your industry. Tapped In will be held from 5-6 p.m. Thursday, August 24 at the Orange County Convention Center’s Sunburst Room.
All meeting locations, dates and times are listed in the Show Directory and Mobile App. If not listed in the directory, please guide the attendee to the FNGLA Show Office, Room W231B for last-minute scheduled meetings.
If a child is an infant or in a stroller, where he/she cannot become unattached from their parents, a badge is not required. Otherwise, children must be badged so they can be identified if they become separated from their parents. As this is a business environment, the show committee has opted not to offer a children’s price.

The Landscape Show staff does not provide an email center. In the exhibit hall, there are wireless services available at a daily rate via Smart City. There is free WiFi available in most of the public spaces at the convention center, outside the exhibit hall and meeting rooms.
