What are the show hours?

Exhibitors may enter the exhibit hall at 8 am each day with their exhibitor badge.

For all other attendees, the exhibit hall hours are:

Wednesday:   9 am – 5 pm

Thursday:      9 am – 5 pm

Friday:    9 am – 2 pm

Is the Show Badge good for admission for one day or all three days?

The show badge allows entrance into the show on all three days of the show. A person may attend all events on the show floor including the FNGLA Certification Showcase, and Tapped In and Opening Day Reception with their show badge.

Do I have to pay for the TLS Knowledge College workshops?

Yes, there is a separate fee for the TLS Knowledge College classes. Tickets are purchased individually.  Prices are listed on the onsite registration form.  A show badge must also be purchased separately, and is not included in the class costs.

How do I get FNGLA CEUs For Attending the Show?

FNGLA Certified Professionals looking for CEUs for attending the show should go to the FNGLA Certification Showcase to sign up for their CEUs. Attendees receive 2 FNGLA CEUs for the trade show and varied amounts for each Knowledge College Workshop attended, depending on the class. Where’s The Job Board?

The physical job board is gone, however, we do have a computer at the FNGLA booth back in the Certifications area and you can add a job to FNGLA's onlince job board.  You can also search and post jobs at any time online at FNGLA's website. 

Can I buy plants at the show?

In general, the plants are not for sale. They are for display only. However, some exhibitors sell the items in their booths which buyers can take ONLY at the end of the show (2 p.m., Friday, Aug. 26). One must have a receipt for these items.

I bought a booth. How do I pick it up at the end of the show?

Those who purchased booths may report to The Expo Group's service center in back corner of the exhibit hall.

Are there shuttle buses to the hotel?

There will be no shuttle bus service at the show. There is, however, the I-Drive shuttle/trolley which picks up passengers at the Convention center and most of the hotels in the area. The fare varies depending upon your location. A one-day trolley pass costs $5 per person. for more information, visit I-Ride Trolley's website.

How can I get online at The Landscape Show?

There is free WiFi available in most of the public spaces at the convention center, outside the exhibit hall and meeting rooms. In the exhibit hall, there are wireless services available at a daily rate via Smart City. For more details, go to OCCC service booth in the rear of the exhibit hall. 

Can I get a wheelchair, scooter, etc?

Standard wheelchairs are available at the Convention Center desk located in the center of the building. Electric wheelchairs and scooters are available through ScootAround.  If not pre-ordered, there may be a few to rent at Fed Ex Office. To rent scooters through ScootAround, call 1-888-441-7575.

How do I log in to My Attendee Expo Plan?

To log in, click on the Login link in your welcome email or go here: https://www.thelandscapeshow.org/2021/Public/MyBriefcase.aspx

Enter your email address and Password in the appropriate fields. This feature allows you to:

  1. Save your My Expo Plan entries so they are accessible on other devices.
  2. Access your personalized show guide.
  3. Review and update your profile.

How do I search for exhibitor products?

Visit the Product Showcase and click on the search box at the top to search by keyword, category or subcategory.

How do I view exhibitor videos?

Visit the Exhibitor Video gallery and search by keyword or exhibitor name.

How do I know which exhibitors are having show specials on the exhibit floor?

Visit the Show Specials page to see what special events exhibitors are planning in their booths. 

How can I find the latest exhibitor news?

Visit the exhibitor Press Releases gallery to read the latest press releases posted by exhibitors.

How can I search for exhibitors?

You can search for Exhibitors on the Interactive Event Map page or the Exhibitor List page.

To perform a more extensive search, go to the Advanced Search page. Search for exhibitors by keyword, product category, country and state.

The My Exhibitors list contains the names of all the exhibitors you have tagged as favorites.

How do I build a list of favorite exhibitors?

You can add an exhibitor as a favorite from any of your exhibitor lists by clicking on the star icon next to their company name. Your list of favorites can be found under the My Exhibitors tab.
