Exhibitors may enter the exhibit hall at 8 am each day with their exhibitor badge.

The show badge allows entrance into the show on all 3 days of the show.  A person may attend all events on the show floor, the FNGLA Certification Showcase, Tapped In, and the Opening Day Reception with their show badge.

The opening day reception will be held at the Orange County Convention Center in the Sunburst Room on the third level.  The reception is from 5 - 6 p.m, Wednesday, Aug. 24, and each person registered for the tradeshow may attend.

A drink ticket will be presented to each person at the door.

Yes, there is a separate fee for the TLS Knowledge College classes.  Tickets are purchased individually.  Prices are listed on the onsite registration form. 

A show badge is not included with these tickets.

FNGLA Certified Professionals looking for CEUs for attending the show should go to the FNGLA Certification Showcase to sign up for their CEUs. Attendees receive 2 FNGLA CEUs for the trade show and a minimum 1.5 CEUs for each Knowledge College Workshop attended, or more depending on the class.

FNGLA's Certification Showcase will be open during show hours each day. Located in booth 1149 this special area will feature FNGLA's certifications, Florida Water Star, FNGLA's Apprenticeship Program and a Plant ID Activity. Staff will be available to provide details about the exams and share the benefits of becoming and hiring FNGLA certified professionals.

Some industry CEUs are available for attending certain TLS Knowledge College workshops.  There will be a sign-in sheet in the back of the room for each class when applicable.

All meeting locations, dates and times are listed in the Show Directory. If not listed in the directory, please guide the attendee to the FNGLA Show Office, Room W231B for last-minute scheduled meetings.

All students who pre-registered for the event must pick up their badges at Registration, just like any other attendee. Any student who did not pre-register for the career fair or as a group at the $5 rate will be charged the regular show badge rate of $35 onsite.

The career fair will be held on Friday, August 26. Registration will begin at 9 am and the career fair will be held 10 – 11 am in Room W230CD. Preregistration is required.

If a child is an infant or in a stroller, where he/she cannot become unattached from their parents, a badge is not required. Otherwise, children must be badged so they can be identified if they become separated from their parents.  As this is a business environment, the show committee has opted not to offer a children’s price.

You can pick up a souvenir poster in the bin outside the E1 entrance or at the FNGLA Booth, #1153 or at the sponsors’ booth – Southern Ag. 1605. All exhibitors will be delivered a poster to their booth by a Trade Show Committee Member.

In general, the plants are not for sale, they are for display only.  However, some exhibitors sell the items in their booths which buyers can take ONLY at the end of the show (2 pm) on Friday.  You must have a receipt for these items.

Please report to The Expo Group’s service center in back of the exhibit hall for more information on your booth purchase. 

No, we do not offer shuttle service. However, there is the I-Drive shuttle/trolley that picks up at the convention center and most of the hotels in the area.  The cost varies depending upon your location.

The convention center parking is $20 per day with one entry per charge.  For oversized vehicles, the parking rate is more. The convention center absolutely does not allow over night parking.

A full service Fed Ex Office is located in the central lobby of the building.

There are wireless services available at a daily rate via Smart City.  For more details the person should go to OCCC service booth in the rear of the exhibit hall.  Or call 888-614-2637. There is free WiFi available in most of the public spaces at the convention center, outside the exhibit hall and meeting rooms.
 

August 23 - 25, 2023.  It will be held in the West Building of the Orange County Convention Center.

Standard wheelchairs are available at the Convention Center desk.  Electric wheelchairs and scooters are available through ScootAround.  If not preordered, there may be a few to rent at Fed Ex Office. To rent scooters through ScootAround, call 1-888-441-7575.

The Landscape Show offers a networking event for young professionals 40 and under. This is a great opportunity to get better connected within your industry. Tapped In will be held Thursday, August 25, from 5:00-6:00 pm at the Orange County Convention Center’s Sunburst Room on the third level.

First Aid is located in just outside the entrance in Hall D2, across from room W224A.

The Cool Products Awards will be given out on Thursday, August 25 1-2 p.m. at the at the stage at the end of Aisle 300. These awards are given to products on display which buyers serving as judges deem cool and interesting.

Search for Exhibitors by Company Name

Exhibitors are shown in two lists: “All Exhibitors” and “By Product Category”.  Click on a product category to view a list of the exhibitors in that group. 

The “All Exhibitors” tab lists all the current exhibitors in alphabetical order. The “By Product Category” tab lists the product categories and the number of exhibitors who have selected each of these. 

Search Exhibitors by Keyword

You can search for exhibitors by typing a keyword in the search box at the top of the Exhibitor list screen.  The results will include all exhibitors that have this keyword in their company name, profile, brands or product categories.

Each exhibitor listing has their booth number(s) displayed below their name. An exhibitor listing may have a video icon which indicates that they have uploaded multimedia content. 

Save an Exhibitor to Favorites

From the Exhibitor list or any exhibitor's eBooth profile, you can add the exhibitor as a favorite to your personalized planner by clicking on the star icon.

You can visit the eBooth for any company by clicking on their name in the Exhibitor list.  You will see the company’s contact information, description, product categories and videos they have uploaded.  To play the video on your device, just click on the video. From this screen you can add the exhibitor as a favorite to your Personalized Planner by clicking on the star icon. You can also view the location of their booth on the floor plan by clicking on the “Map it” button.  The exhibitor’s booth will be highlighted on the floor plan.

You can view the interactive floor plan by clicking on the Maps icon in the app dashboard. 

The Main Map will highlight booths belonging to the exhibitors that you have added to your Personalized Planner. You can also view an exhibitor’s profile from the map view by clicking on their booth.

How to find your location on the interactive floor plan:

1. Click on the Locate Me button at the bottom of the interactive floor plan.

2. Enter a nearby exhibitor's name and then click Search.

3. Click on the listed exhibitor's name, a marker will appear on the map to indicate where you are currently located on the show floor.
